I am a seasoned realtor/broker associate, licensed since 2003. Previous to my career in real estate, I was a salesman, sales manager, and owner of three dress manufacturing firms in New York City. I sold my partnership to pursue my dreams and spent two years training as a racewalker, representing the United States in world championships, and then became a professional actor and theatre producer in NYC, appearing Off-Broadway and in regional theatres and tours around the country. I have trained hundreds of people through the years in sales in various industries, including real estate, and continue to coach realtors while serving my clients in buying and selling properties, both residential and commercial. I am an avid golfer, enjoy taking long walks with my wife Melissa every day, and love to travel around the globe and to visit my sons Noah and Eli, who live in Las Vegas and New York City respectively. I am also an avid theatre-goer and wrote a musical, WaistWatchers The Musical, that has played all over the United States, Australia, and has been running in Mexico City since April 2023.
