If you find yourself running errands, or just out for a Sunday drive and signs for an open house feel like they have a magnetic pull on your car, you may have a house hunting problem.

2) You’re Like a Human Zestimator (But Probably More Accurate!)

When you search for homes long enough, you can get pretty good at knowing when a listing is priced well, or if the seller is trying to set a Guinness record with their ambitious asking price.

But if you find yourself trying to guess how much random houses you drive by are worth, no matter what area you’re in, it might be a sign that you’ve got a lingering case of market analysitis.
